Redirection

Staff who are specifically trained assist schools in the management of students with aggressive and violent behaviours that result in safety issues for staff and other students. EMR MAT Redirection staff are allocated as part of the school’s immediate response to these problematic students with a daily cost comparable to CRT rates. This program can be used as a short term intervention measure while other programs are implemented for students.
