Primary SDC Programs Application

The application form for Student Development Centres - Primary can be downloaded from http://www.emroptions.vic.edu.au/pdf/primary/primary.pdf or by clicking here.

You will need Adobe (Acrobat) Reader installed on your computer to open the application form.

Applications must be in by;

• For Term 2, 2012 - Friday 9 March 2012
• For Term 3, 2012 - Friday 18 May 2012
• For Term 4, 2012 - Friday 17 August 2012
• For Term 1, 2013 - Friday 9 November 2012

Please note that students assessed as being on the autism spectrum or as having an intellectual disability are NOT eligible for consideration in either Primary SDC program.
